This is the latest in CNC technology - the most widely used multi-tasking machine tool in the world. It allows us to turn, mill, drill, tap, thread and bore, all in the same set-up, with extremely high precision.

DMC 70V DECKEL HARD MILLS
Punchcraft currently utilizes 8 Deckels, and was one of the first companies in Michigan to start hard milling. A 20,000 RPM spindle allows us to manipulate the smallest of radii while holding precision tolerances and finishes. Punchcraft is one of the leaders in the hard milling industry.

FANUC SUBMERSIBLE EDM Our Fanuc Submersible is the latest in Wire EDM technology. This machine is 30% faster than current Wire EDMs and is capable of producing a 6 micro finish. It also can hold a corner radius of .002 with the use of our .004 diameter wire.

BELMONT FAST HOLE EDM This machine allows us to drill from .008 to .116 at a depth of 1 inch space every 2 minutes. Perfect for venting dies and inserts.
